After fumbling the holiday of romance last year, the purveyor of lingerie aims to be better prepared this February.

Beyond the biggest chains, the past few years have largely been ones to forget for retailers, as shoppers have remained wary about spending amid a battle with higher living costs. Yet some analysts see a path toward a slightly better 2026.

Hillary Super is beginning to deliver on the Path to Potential strategy. Comparable sales are benefiting from lower discounting, which is driving margin expansion. FCF generation is improving but it may be a while before VSCO resumes buybacks.

Victoria's Secret reported great strength in Q3 as same-store sales improved by 8%, driving year-on-year earnings gains. The brand is clearly reinvigorating after a successful October fashion show. High debt and thin margins make a turnaround continuation critical for VSCO.
