ST. PAUL, Minn., May 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- At today's Annual Meeting of Shareholders, 3M (NYSE: MMM) shareholders overwhelmingly supported each of the proposals recommended for approval by the company.

ST. PAUL, Minn. , May 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The 3M Board of Directors (NYSE:MMM) today declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $0.73 per share for the second quarter of 2025.

The agreement, which is subject to court approval, includes: A pre-tax present value commitment of approximately $210 million to resolve the legacy Chambers Works litigation and other elements of the settlement. A pre-tax present value commitment of approximately $75 million to resolve current and future statewide claims starting in 2030 and running through 2050.
